Regarding the events in Colony No. 60 of the Luhansk Region

Everything happening in the colony, specifically the stabbing between the convicts, was provoked by the colony administration, namely the head, Sh.! It was he who provoked it (consciously or not) by giving the go-ahead for an act of intimidation using convicts under his personal protection! It was Sh. who said, verbatim: ‘...take shivs and cut the *blatnye* (criminal elite), I take responsibility for everything.’ There are at least two people ready to testify.
At the moment, the leadership of the Department of the Penitentiary Service of Ukraine in the Luhansk Region, in order to conceal this crime by the colony administration, is feeding the media outright lies that the conflict occurred on the grounds of a dispute over apples.
